For CETIN International we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our telecommunications infrastructure products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs.
Collaborate with cross-regional product teams and also other stakeholders groups including marketing, sales, and customer support to define product requirements and specifications.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement across the region.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Monitor and analyze product performance, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from inception to completion.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluent English, another language (Hungarian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Slovak or Czech) is an advantage.
